Simon Says Stamp and had a lot of fun creating a collage for it. You can see this week's technique by checking out page 35 of
Tim's book. With a pocket watch, I just had to go with a masculine theme and so I gave it some Steampunk flair!

Fantastic work, Penny! I love that brilliant blue background and the cool steampunk design, and those little wire coils are the coolest!!!
