This week's Documented Life Project challenge was black and white and since I was in a face mood again, I drew one using a white Conte crayon and a white charcoal pencil onto a black gessoed page. I liked the negative effect.

Dear Penny This is wonderfully atmospheric. Sorry for not being around. We are in the middle of a Weather Bomb, with the weather acting rather strangely, as it seems to do all over the world these days. I hope you are well and that Nora is still keeping you on your toes LOL. My sad news, my furry nephew Kyle is no longer with us. At the grand age of 16, the years finally caught up with him and there was no avoiding the visit to the vet who gently put him to sleep. Feeling dreadfully sad and will miss his weekly Friday visits. Wishes to you Lynne
