Compendium of Curiosities #10

Week 10 over at Linda's Compendium of Curiosities Challenge and this week it's Distress Stickles. My tag has flowers made from sticky back canvas with a patterned paper transfer onto it that I cut out using the tattered florals die and shaped into dimensional flowers. I added Stickles to the petals and also to the chipboard swirls, and if you look very carefully, you can see little dots of Stickles accenting the stamped scalloped border on the bottom. Wow! Love, love, love those flowers, and they're set off perfectly by the beautiful vintage text stamp in the background.

Beautiful flowers and I Spy one of my favourite stamp sets. Although I appear to have lost "Paris" which I am quite unhappy about. As you know, it is tiny so I am postive it is lost for good :( Lynne x

Penny, this is spectacular! The canvas flowers with the paper transferred onto them are just amazing, and the Distress Stickles add such great dimension. I love that you kept the background clean and simple with just enough cool stamping to allow the flowers to steal the show. Gorgeous and more gorgeous!
