Compendium of Curiosities #17

Fragment charms are part of the challenge this week for Compendium of Curiosities. I've seen them used in jewelery, as Christmas balls last year for the Tin Holtz 12 Tags of Christmas, so why not balloons? This past week was my nephew's birthday so I think I was in a birthday frame of mind.

    Panny, this is adorable! I love, love, LOVE the fragment charms used a balloons, and the papers you used for them are great. Definitely a tag to "celebrate!" Your nephew is going to adore this.
