I know I'm late with this week's Lots To Do Challenge, so I'm hoping to squeeze this one in before the new challenge starts. I made a cool background for this skinny by spraying Glimmer Mists through a piece of lace - a beautiful (and simple!) technique from the latest Technique Junkies newsletter. I also created a lace dress for my Paper Whimsy girl and gave her a ribbon sash.

Lots To Do - Ribbons and Lace
I know I'm late with this week's Lots To Do Challenge, so I'm hoping to squeeze this one in before the new challenge starts.
